Job Title: Finance Director

Role Purpose:
To drive the charitys finance, IT and operational functions, ensuring resources are managed effectively and working with trustees and senior leaders to manage risk and deliver a financial strategy that advances the charitys ambitions.

1. Lead the effective management of financial resources across the Group, ensuring sound stewardship and alignment with organisational priorities.
2. Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling to support long term sustainability and strategic decision making.
3. Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities, assessing their impact on the charitys strategic delivery.
