Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Person & Design professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with clients on pre qualified, booked appointments to sell renewable solutions to our clients and assist with the design process. Your enthusiasm for customer service combined with sales skills will drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and identify their renewable energy needs through active listening and consultation
* Present tailored product options and explain technical features clearly to clients
* Assist clients in designing customized energy solutions that meet their requirements and budgets
* Promote our full range of services, emphasizing the benefits of renewable energy technologies
* Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales effectively
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and technical inquiries promptly
* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure client specifications are accurately translated into project plans
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles within the renewable energy or plumbing/heating sectors preferred
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
* Passion for sustainable energy solutions and a proactive approach to engaging clients
* Ability to listen actively, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products or services
* Basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies or willingness to learn on the job
* A positive attitude with enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their energy goals
