Job Description
As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-energy, customer-focused experience on every shift. You’ll support customers on the shop floor, maintain excellent store standards, and contribute to driving sales performance all while developing valuable retail skills in a fast-moving environment.
Sales & Customer Service
8. Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
9. Use product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations
10. Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store targets
Visual Merchandising & Standards
11. Maintain store presentation through stock replenishment and organisation
12. Support visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand
Operational Support
13. Assist with deliveries and stock processing
14. Ensure pricing is accurate and up to date
15. Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
Qualifications
