You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.Pay & Hours: Rate: £13.26 per hourHours: 21 - 36 hours per weekRota: Set 3-week rolling rota (including weekends)The Role: Deliver high-quality care and respond to emergency call-outsMentor and supervise Homecare Workers, including competency checks and medication assessmentsSupport new staff during their induction periodBuild strong relationships with Service Users and familiesComplete care plans, reviews, and risk assessmentsPromote independence and signpost to community servicesMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policiesLiaise with management, professionals, and families to ensure quality careFurther details regarding the key responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.About You: Level 2 Qualification in Care is ideal but not essentialExperience in care and administering medicationSupervisory experience preferredStrong planning and organisational skillsConfident using Microsoft OfficeAble to work under pressure and adapt to changing needsFull UK Driving Licence and access to a carWhy Join HICA?We believe great work deserves great rewards.
