;Hours:Continental Shifts :3 on 3 off then 2 on 2 off then 3 on 4 off then 3 on 2 off then 3 on 4 off.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, servicing a high:profilelarge site in Dartford, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
: Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
: Respond to emergency callouts and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
: Work on electrical systems including lighting, wiring, alarms, BMS, and distribution.
: Carry out minor general building maintenance (e.g. drainage, sinks, tiling).
: Perform fault finding on systems such as AHUs, FCUs, UPS, Generators, LV systems.
: Operate and manage BMS controls (Head End preferred).
: Maintain and repair HVAC plant, VAV/VRV systems, and water treatment systems.
Requirements:
: City and Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or a related trade.
: LV or HV AP experience would be great
: Minimum 3 years' experience in building services or facilities maintenance.
: Sound knowledge of building systems with strong fault:finding abilities.
: Positive attitude with a desire to grow and develop within the role.
