Key Role Responsibilities:
* Support and optimise end-user computing systems and collaboration tools.
* Configure and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and identity platforms.
* Manage device lifecycles including imaging, refreshes, and MDM solutions.
* Ensure service compliance, documentation, and user support within SLAs.
* Drive improvements through automation and knowledge sharing.
Key Attributes Required:
* Proven experience in IT support or end-user computing roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and endpoint management tools.
* Familiarity with Azure AD, MFA, SSO, and compliance/security protocols.
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
* ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
