What you will do
* Community Mental Health Care: Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality mental health care to adults in the community.
* Medication Management: Administer Depot medication safely and effectively within community settings.
* Assessment & Care Planning: Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, develop care plans, and deliver appropriate interventions.
* Service User Engagement: Provide guidance, support, and education to service users and their families regarding mental health needs.
* Clinical Recording: Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using the System One computer system.
* Multi‑Agency Working: Liaise with external agencies and professionals to coordinate holistic care and support.
