My client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its high-performing engineering function.
You’ll report to the Head of Engineering, as well as being a hands-on senior developer, you will help to lead a team of 4, delivering resilient, high-performance, mission-critical systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape technical strategy, drive best practice, and influence real architectural decisions.

What You’ll Bring as an experienced as an Senior Software Engineer
* Proven experience leading a software engineering team
* 5+ years in full stack development (Microsoft stack)
* Strong architecture & system design capability
* Experience in Agile environments
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
