My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Data Business Analyst on a Contract basis. We are looking for an experienced and analytical Data Business Analyst to join a Housing Directorate, supporting services responsible for over 21,000 homes. This role combines data analysis, business analysis and systems thinking to help transform the way data supports strategic decision-making, service delivery and long-term investment planning across Housing Services. What's on offer: Salary: £300 per day, Inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working Contract type: Contract Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Analyse large and complex housing, asset and operational datasets to support strategic planning and decision-making Support asset lifecycle management and investment programmes using data-led insights Work collaboratively with Housing, IT, Data and wider business stakeholders to improve systems, reporting and data usage Produce business analysis documentation including process maps, requirements gathering documentation, functional specifications, gap analysis and project documentation About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role Strong experience in both Data Analysis and Business Analysis Experience delivering data-led change, transformation or service improvement initiatives Local Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.
