Senior Salesforce Administrator - ADM201 - required to join a high-profile Salesforce transformation program for a Business Services client in Crewe.
You will join an experienced internal Salesforce team and play a key role in leading the configuration and implementation of a complex Sales & Service Cloud solution and be responsible for:
* Designing, enhancing and maintaining automations using flows and process builder and always looking to drive improvements across the CRM performance.
* Architecting and building custom objects, fields, page layouts and lighting pages
* Building advanced reports and dashboards
* Developing and implementing robust security models
* Configuring and customizing lighting experience interfaces
* Working closely with the wider team and translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
* Developing and conducting appropriate training sessions for users and stakeholders
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation
* Troubleshooting operational issues for planning process changes and fixing the root causes for technical business problems.
We are looking for an experienced and certified Salesforce Administrator who is a self-motivated team player with significant project-based implementation experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and who can also work using your own initiative.
We are also ideally looking for the following qualifications:
* Certified Advanced Administrator (desired)
This is an amazing opportunity and will be joining a very talented Salesforce team. The role is based in Crewe and is a full time role with 5 days per week in the office.
