Private Client Solicitor (Partner), 8+ Years PQE, West Midlands : We're seeking a senior, driven Private Client Solicitor to join as a Partner. This is a standout opportunity to step into a well:established, high:quality private client practice within one of the most respected firms in the region. JOB REF: 0655.
With a strong and loyal client base and a collegiate and collaborative culture, this role is ideal for someone looking to make their mark - whether youre already a partner or ready to take the next step.
The Role
* Responsible for a varied private client caseload including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
* Lead and mentor a high:performing team
* Play a key role in business development and the strategic direction of the department
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from solicitors with 8+ years PQE with significant experience in private client law
* A natural leader with the confidence and capability to manage client relationships, supervise juniors, and help shape a team
* Committed to delivering technical excellence and first:class client service
* Strong business development instincts and the drive to grow a department
