You’ll collaborate closely with the Service Desk, Cloud/SRE and Field Engineering teams to delight our internal users and guests, and you’ll keep our documentation sharp and our environment compliant. If you love solving tricky network issues, enjoy multi‑site challenges and want to make a visible impact in a friendly, one‑team culture, this could be for you.

* Monitor performance and respond to alerts to maximise uptime.
* Maintain, patch and upgrade network devices.
* Support LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN services across sites.
* Assist with SD‑WAN and hybrid cloud connectivity.
* Contribute to projects (new sites, tech rollouts, upgrades).
* Keep network documentation accurate and up to date.
* Follow security policies and escalated complex issues as needed.
Qualifications
* Solid grasp of LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPN and wireless technologies.
* Routing & switching (Cisco/HP or similar).
* Understanding of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC).
* Exposure to cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
* Experience with SD‑WAN and multi‑site environments.
* Strong troubleshooting, teamwork and customer focus; clear documentation.
* 5+ years in network engineering; CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent) desirable.
* Bonus points for automation/monitoring tools and ITIL know‑how.
