Primary Purpose Of The Job The Dealer Operations Analyst supports the implementation of Geely Auto UK’s Dealer Network Strategy. The role focuses on monitoring, analysing, and improving dealer performance through data-driven insight, programme management, and coordination with the wider business. Main Responsibilities Corporate Identity (CI) Liaise with Geely Factory on CI standards and future retail concepts with local interpretation for UK compliance Track and follow up on CI implementation and compliance across dealer network Audit and Compliance Support the planning and execution of the dealer audit programme Track audit outcomes and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure ongoing compliance Dealer Targeting and Performance Customer Experience and Quality Composite and Performance Insights Field Team Support Dealer Directory and Network Data Management Support the dealer targeting process by gathering and analysing data related to network performance, market potential, and operational capacity Maintain and update the Dealer Scorecard, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting of key performance indicators. Coordinate the Mystery Shopping and Net Promoter Score (NPS) programmes Track performance results, identify improvement areas, and share findings with relevant teams Assist in managing the Geely Dealer Composite, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Provide analysis and insight to support dealer performance reviews and business planning. Provide relevant field teams with accurate and timely performance data for dealer reviews and business performance meetings Produce summary reports and dashboards that highlight key operational trends and performance gaps. Maintain and regularly update the dealer directory and other core network data sources. Ensure data accuracy and alignment across all internal systems and documents. External Dealer partners and their management teams, research partners, and suppliers DECISION MAKING SCOPE Responsible for ensuring accuracy of dealer performance data and reporting Supports the implementation of key dealer programmes and operational follow-up Escalates material risks or deviations in performance or standards KEY CHALLENGES Managing multiple programmes and stakeholders simultaneously Maintaining data integrity and timely reporting across a growing dealer network Driving network engagement and accountability across dealer programmes Education, Training And Experience Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Prior experience in automotive OEM is a plus Skills & Personal Characteristics Required Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar data and reporting tools Excellent organisational and communication skills Proactive, structured, and able to work independently Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset The Geely story began in 1986 with a simple but powerful idea.
