As the first point of contact for many of our guests each day, you’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and efficient breakfast experience that reflects our hotel’s high standards of service. What You’ll Be Doing: Greet guests warmly and communicate breakfast systems Take food orders, serve meals and ensure tables are cleaned and reset promptly Monitor food quality and replenish buffet items as needed Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns courteously Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Handling payments and operating the till What We’re Looking For: Previous hospitality and customer service experience (preferred but not essential – full training provided) Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work early morning shifts (starting from 7- 8am) Flexibility to work lunches, weekends, and holidays Willingness to enhance skills such as barista training Why Join Us?
