EYFS Teacher – Primary Schools
Location: Sheffield & Barnsley
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Supply
Start Date: Immediate or Upcoming Term
We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across Sheffield and Barnsley, supporting children at the very start of their learning journey.
This role is ideal for ECTs, experienced teachers, or teachers returning to the profession who are passionate about early childhood education and creating engaging, play-based learning environments.
The Role:
* Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
* Observe, assess, and record progress using EYFS assessment methods
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in EYFS within a primary setting (ECTs welcome)
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
