Night Kitchen Leader
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am

We’re looking for a Night Kitchen Team Leader to join us, leading with passion and purpose to create remarkable food while building a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired.

Leading with Care
* Be a hands-on, visible leader who nurtures a culture of kindness, respect, and teamwork.
* Look out for your team, creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

* Champion safety and well-being, ensuring a happy and secure workplace for all.
Being Remarkable
* Work alongside the Head Chef, Production Manager, Engineering Manager and Technical Lead to create food we’re proud of – made with the same care as home cooking.
* Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain the highest standards.
* Ensure every dish is something we’d love to serve at our own table by engaging with the Taste Panel.
Having Fun & Being Part of the Family

What We’re Looking For
* A natural leader who loves bringing people together and making them feel valued.

* A great communicator who can inspire and motivate a team.
* Food Safety Level 3 and IOSH training are great to have (or a willingness to gain these qualifications with our support).
