We are supporting a well-established construction contractor in their search for an experienced Build Manager or Assistant Build Manager to join their team in the Leeds area. The business delivers a varied portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects up to £15 million, covering sectors such as commercial, residential, education, public sector, and mixed-use developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager or a strong number two ready to step up into a more senior operational role.
Role Responsibilities
1. Support or lead the delivery of construction projects from pre-start through to handover
2. Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
3. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams with clear direction and organisation
