Do you enjoy being around sport? Or maybe youve thought about working in a school but werent quite sure where to start? Quokka Education is working with number of well-regarded secondary schools across North Hampshire, including Basingstoke, Fleet, Hook, Farnborough, Alton and Andover.
We’re looking for confident, reliable people to step in as Cover Supervisors on a flexible and long term basis. No experience? That’s absolutely fine. You dont need previous classroom experience – just the confidence to communicate, stay calm, and lead a group. Well support you with training, guidance, and the chance to spend time in schools before you start, so you feel comfortable from day one.
What the role involves
* Delivering pre‑set lesson plans
* Keeping students engaged and focused
* Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent way
* Following the schools routines and expectations
* Feeding back to teaching staff where needed

Through our partnerships, we can also introduce you to local teacher training routes – including salaried options to gain QTS.
