Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor - Night Shifts, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat with warmth and professionalism.
Providing accurate account support and maintaining precise records.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex queries efficiently .
Escalating sensitive issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and compliance.
Staying up-to-date with promotions, procedures, and product knowledge.
Working fixed night shifts (4pm - midnight), including weekends, after on-site training.
Supporting your team by sharing best practices and fostering a positive work culture.
