What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Head & Senior Chefs with daily kitchen operations
* Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
* Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness across your section
* Contributing to fresh, flavour-driven menus that change regularly
* Managing stock and ordering for your section
* Helping mentor junior kitchen staff and working closely with the wider team
* Occasionally supporting in sister venues across the area
What Were Looking For:
* 23+ years experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
* Strong work ethic and pride in presentation & cleanliness
* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for food
* Confidence in handling fresh ingredients and adapting to daily menu changes
* Good communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
