We are recruiting seasonal hospitality staff to join our award-winning, family-run hotel and restaurant in a beautiful coastal location in North Wales. We pride ourselves on warm, genuine hospitality, high standards of service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

These are seasonal roles with full-time and part-time hours available, suitable for people who are customer-focused, reliable and take pride in their work. These roles are available from late March / early April through till the end of October, with start and end dates agreed based on role and availability.

Successful applicants can apply for the following available roles: Duty Manager (Front of House), General Assistant (Front of House), depending on experience, availability and suitability.

Pay Rates

* Duty Manager: £13.00 per hour

General Assistant (FOH) & Kitchen Porter (KP)

Pay is age/experience dependant, in line with National Minimum / Living Wage:

* Aged 21 and over: £12.71 per hour
* Aged 18–20: £10.85 per hour
* Aged 16–17: £8.00 per hour

Core Responsibilities (role dependent)

Duty Manager – Front of House

* Support and oversee front of house service during specified shifts, ensuring consistently high standards
* Lead and support the FOH team in delivering excellent guest experiences
* Act as the main point of contact for guests during service
* Handle guest feedback and queries professionally and calmly
* Carry out opening and closing duties, including cash handling
* Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team

General Assistant – Front of House

* Deliver friendly, attentive service in the restaurant, bar and at breakfast
* Welcome guests and ensure they feel well looked after throughout their visit
* Set up and clear tables and service areas to a high standard
* Maintain cleanliness, presentation and hygiene in public areas, along with housekeeping duties
* Support colleagues across front of house as required

Kitchen Porter (occasional shifts if required)

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and back-of-house areas
* Wash dishes, pots and equipment efficiently and carefully
* Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required
* Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
* Play a vital role in supporting smooth, high-quality service

What We're Looking For

* A genuine interest in hospitality and guest care
* A positive, reliable and professional attitude
* Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
* Ability to work well as part of a team in a family-run business
* Previous experience is beneficial but not essential – training provided

Working Pattern

* Seasonal contracts
* Full-time and part-time hours available (please contact us to discuss)
* Shifts will include evenings and weekends

Contract Dates

These are seasonal roles running approximately from:

Late March / early April 2026 through to October 2026

(Exact start and end dates to be agreed based on role and availability)

Accommodation & Meals

* Live-in accommodation available where required
* Two meals per day provided
* Accommodation and meals are charged at £8.50 per day (total)
