* Registered Nurse / Midwife with current NMC registration
* Experience interviewing registered and unregistered healthcare professionals
* Healthcare experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of new care packages
2. Re-assessment of clinical tasks/requirements
3. Leading monthly team meetings
4. Care planning and risk assessments – initial and ongoing
5. Conducting new client meetings (where required)
6. Medication and clinical audits
7. Providing clinical supervision for Registered Nurses on care packages
8. Competency sign-off and management
9. Clinical liaison with the MDT as required
10. Providing standard and emergency support to the regional Care functions
11. Providing clinical oversight in accordance with current best practices, policies, procedures, legislative requirements, and regulations under the CQC
12. Supporting the Operations and Clinical Management within financial plans
13. Ensuring care delivery aligns with person-centered care plans and bespoke service user requirements, including long-term conditions (e.g., Cerebral Palsy, MND, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, MS), ventilation, tracheostomy, spinal injury, acquired brain injury, paediatric complex care, learning disabilities, end-of-life care, medication management, and nutrition
14. Ensuring care teams are trained in personal care tasks and use of medical equipment
15. Working within the ethos and structure of OneCall24 Healthcare
16. Upholding the company's mission, vision, and values
17. Developing effective relationships with care and management teams
18. Maintaining and developing clinical skills through ongoing training
19. Leading and participating in audits to monitor quality and safety
20. Supporting staff development through spot checks and feedback
21. Daily travel within the role
