Working alongside the Sales team and Construction team to plan, schedule and deliver Home Improvement Projects. Manage the schedules of the site teams to maximize staff utilization. This will include but is not limited to managing staff schedules, booking subcontractors for jobs and checking they arrive on jobs etc. Preparing site packs including, working drawings and project details. Implementation and enforcement of the required health & safety policies on site. Tracking jobs and projects in line with the schedule to ensure budgets are met.
