The Group International Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering a wide range of marketing activities in line with the current marketing strategy, promoting the RTS Textiles Group brands in global markets to generate qualified leads and support sales conversion. The role works closely with sales, design, R&D and internal teams, while supporting clear and consistent internal and external communications. A professional, proactive approach and proven marketing management experience are essential. UK and international travel is required.
Typical Responsibilities include:
* Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and helping develop designs.
* Writing and editing internal and external content.
* Managing content across the group, ensuring the brand is on target across all platforms.
* Liaising with customers for specific marketing needs.
* Liaising with external companies and providers with work such as PR agencies.
* Helping with translation work, where applicable.
* Renovation and renewal of all online content.
* Management of social media accounts.
* Preparing and amending presentations for employees.
* Conduct market research to stay up to date with current trends.
* Preparing internal and external company newsletters monthly.
* Managing marketing budget within the team.
* Proofreading and approving all content before publishing.
* Online and offline performance reporting.
Essential:
* A qualification in marketing or a related subject.
* Excellent English, spelling and grammar.
* Highly skilled in copywriting and proofreading.
* A good CMS ability.
* Have natural creative flair with an eye for detail with the ability to integrate data from different sources effectively.
