The primary role of the QHSE Auditor is to conduct audits to ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, identify non-conformities, and recommend improvements, while communicating findings to stakeholders.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute internal system and supplier audits at various sites and facilities to assess compliance with relevant QHSE standards, rules, policies, and procedures.
2. Support business functions in completing internal, programme, system, and supplier audits.
3. Identify non-conformities, areas for improvement, and best practices.
4. Collect and analyze data, review documents, observe processes, and procedures.
5. Ensure understanding, implementation, and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and relevant legislation.
6. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
7. Report insights on common themes, track audit actions, and monitor progress.
8. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure issues are resolved.
9. Contribute to the development and maintenance of NUK Management System.
10. Participate in training and awareness programs related to QHSE.
11. Perform other duties as needed to support the wider business.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Education: Lead ISO 9001 auditor, internal auditor ISO 14011 and ISO 45001.
* Experience: Proven experience in auditing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards (internal, programme, system, supplier).
* Certifications: CQI certificate and membership (CQI chartership preferred).
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of QHSE standards, regulations, and best practices.
* Analytical Skills: Experience in conducting audits, identifying non-conformities, and preparing audit reports.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying findings and recommendations.
