We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a brand-new school opening in November 2025, based in the beautiful surroundings of the Mendip hills.
As a SEN Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons to pupils aged 6-18 with a wide range of complex needs, including:
* Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Attachment and developmental trauma
* Dysregulated behaviour
2. Teach small, needs-based groups (rather than age-based), using a variety of communication methods such as Makaton, symbols, and voice-output aids.
