We are currently looking for a dedicated Home Manager to lead a medium-sized care home in Newcastle, Staffordshire, rated ‘Good’ by the CQC. As the Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will lead by example, inspiring and supporting your team to deliver person-centred care that truly enhances the quality of life for every resident. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, as you will be managing budgets, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the home consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards.
The ideal Home Manager will have a proven track record in managing a successful care home, with a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and governance. You will be confident in managing staff performance, implementing quality improvement plans, and building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
