The Role
As a Graduate Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with client queries and providing initial points of contact for payment and account inquiries.
* Supporting the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting necessary documentation.
* Engaging in back-office operations, resolving payment and account queries, and reconciling processes.
* Collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
* Contributing to project work as you gain experience and develop your career.
The Person
Essential Criteria
* Educated to degree level or with experience financial analyst role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable Criteria
* A degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or a related field
* Previous experience in customer service or retail banking.
* Familiarity with financial processes and operations.
* A passion for the banking industry and a desire to grow within it.
