Must Have
* 🟦 Strong TypeScript skills
* 🗣 Excellent communication (non-technical stakeholders!)
* 🔥 Proactive, self-motivated mindset
* 🤖 Genuine interest in practical AI and automation
Nice to Have
* 🧠 Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs
* ⚙️ Background building AI-driven tools or automations
