Contract Type: Fixed Term (Until, full time in the first instance, with potential to extend to a permanent contract.

You will be joining a well established, highly skilled English team which has achieved excellent results over the past few years. 77% of our pupils achieved a Grade 5 or better in English in 2025. The curriculum is fully resourced, embedded across Key Stage 3 and 4, with clear links to progression beyond secondary school and transition from primary school. There is a strong work ethic in the team, a collaborative environment whereby all colleagues support and assist one another throughout the academic year. We would be delighted to meet any potential candidates. The school currently has 655 students. The school is just north of Bury St Edmunds and is a university style campus. The MAT is a Teaching Research school. CPD opportunities are widely available and actively encouraged across the Trust schools.
