Job Title: Hand Assembly Operative
Location: Waterlooville
Hours: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £12.70 per hour - Weekly Pay!
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary - Ongoing
The Role
As a Hand Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products or components by hand to precise specifications. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll ensure that each item is completed to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Perform detailed hand assembly of small components
* Follow written instructions, drawings, or diagrams accurately
* Conduct basic quality checks during and after assembly
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Work efficiently to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
