Job Description:
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the administration of all legal due diligence related to home purchase plan cases and assist in their preparation for completion, following all Risk and Compliance procedures within Gatehouse Bank Plc. The role involves communicating with internal and external stakeholders, working alongside case managers to set service level agreements, and maintaining a focus on customer experience.
Please note: The position is office-based with a Hybrid Working policy, allowing up to 3 days of remote work per week.
Role Duties
* Assist advisers in managing daily work queues and pipelines.
* Respond to customer inquiries within agreed timescales and follow up on potential leads.
* Handle inbound calls and online chat inquiries within SLAs.
* Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders effectively.
* Request and verify documentation to meet Bank criteria.
* Upload and process documentation within SLAs.
* Provide management information on lead sources and outcomes.
* Maintain and develop knowledge of market, sector, and regulatory developments.
* Adhere to principles of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly.
