We are seeking a dynamic Environmental Health Officer with professional EHRB or CIEH Registration to join our Commercial Team supporting our residents and businesses through effective food safety and health & safety regulation.
Responsibilities
You will be expected to take a share in the management of approved food businesses, special treatment registrations and outdoor events. The team is also responsible for infectious disease control and private water supply monitoring. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of dealing with complex cases, contributing to business process improvement, and leading by example.
Qualifications
* A full Environmental Health Practitioner registration with CIEH or EHRB
* Extensive practical experience of working as an EHO within local government undertaking duties in relation to Food Safety and Health and Safety
* Track record of dealing with complex cases, contributing to business process improvement and leading by example (essential)
