Payroll Officer
Part-Time: 30 hours per week
Permanent Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Full-time equivalent (Prorated to part-time hours)

Seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a supportive payroll team of 3, based in a beautiful village near Banbury. Ample parking space available when visiting. This role is well-suited for someone with a strong payroll understanding aiming to provide a high-quality and timely payroll service.
Your new role
1. Handling payroll for the UK & European division
2. Running payroll from start to finish, including month-end processes
3. Liaising with bureaus across Europe
4. Entering and importing variable overtime and casual hours
5. Processing new starters and leavers onto payroll system
6. Processing amendments to contracts
7. Calculating back pay and sick pay
8. Maternity and paternity calculations
9. Producing payslips, P45's and P60's
10. Assist or prepare and send monthly payroll reports for payroll sign off
11. Assist or prepare BACS authorisation forms
12. Support the Payroll Team with all additional Payroll and Pension Administration requirements
What you'll need to succeed

4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Strong payroll experience
6. Experience working with overseas payrolls is beneficial
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
