We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Shopify Software Developer - this is a contract role for 6 months
The role involves leading end-to-end Shopify development across multiple brands and geographies, ensuring consistent theme architecture, scalable feature implementations, and robust documentation. The candidate will define technical solutions, build custom integrations, and establish an automation testing strategy for all Shopify implementations.
Required Skills and Experience
1. 6–8 years of experience in Shopify development with strong expertise in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
2. Hands-on experience in Shopify Frontend, Shopify Themes, and theme customization for multi-brand/multi-geo environments.
3. Strong understanding of Shopify Backend, including APIs, App development, Webhooks, Metafields, and custom data models.
