About Trime UK
Trime UK Ltd is a leading supplier of sustainable lighting towers, hybrid power solutions and site equipment to the UK construction, infrastructure, and rental markets.
As part of the international Trime Group, the company is experiencing continued growth and is expanding its service, spare parts and operational support functions.
We are now looking for a Technical Parts & Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our growing customer base.
Role Overview
This is a varied role combining customer support, spare parts sales, and warehouse operations.
You will play an important role in ensuring customers receive fast and accurate spare parts support, while also helping maintain efficient warehouse and dispatch operations.
The position would suit someone who is organised, practical, and has a good attention to detail. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with equipment and helping customers quickly identify the correct parts.
Full training and mentoring will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Spare Parts & Customer Support
* Respond to customer enquiries regarding spare parts and equipment
* Identify and supply correct parts for Trime products
* Prepare quotations and process customer orders
* Provide excellent customer service and technical support
Order Processing & Dispatch
* Process spare parts orders accurately
* Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch of orders
* Liaise with courier services and customers regarding deliveries
* Maintain order and customer records within company systems
Warehouse & Stock Control
* Receive deliveries and check incoming goods
* Maintain organised warehouse storage
* Assist with stock management and inventory checks
* Prepare parts kits and equipment for dispatch
Operational Support
* Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
* Support service engineers with parts requirements
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Provide general operational support across the business
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good communication skills, good telephone manner and customer service ability
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
Desirable
* Previous experience in spare parts, service support or warehouse operations
* Interest in mechanical or engineering equipment
* Forklift truck licence
* Full UK driving licence
