Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chelmsford for a Sales Consultant. The responsibilities include providing consulting services to clients and candidates, identifying and meeting customer needs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and engaging with clients and candidates via phone and face‑to‑face to build strong professional relationships. The role also involves developing sales strategies and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and address client needs effectively.
* Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
* Excellent Communication skills to build relationships and present solutions clearly.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve objectives.
* Experience in the healthcare or medical sector is a plus.
Must be based on site at Chelmsford, no Hybrid or Work from Home.
