Brightwork is recruiting a Customer Services Advisor to join a hard-working, friendly team which is onsite in the Altens area of Aberdeen.
This seasonal role starts immediately and is ongoing with a view to going permanent for the right candidate. You'll be working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm onsite.
This role meets the NMW and you will be training as you progress, earning over £480 weekly.
Your Time at Work
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls
- Work as part of a team onsite, completing and sending emails with quotations
- Have polite and friendly phone manners and a willingness to help customers
- Maintain a consistent pace and positive attitude, and able to take accurate notes
- Being able to navigate Word and Excel is essential
