Your new roleIn this Year 4 Teaching role, you will:
* Plan and deliver inspiring, well-structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
* Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils feel valued
* Use ongoing assessment to track progress and inform your teaching
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
* Contribute to wider school initiatives, events and extra-curricular activities
Both newly qualified teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you'll need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (placement experience accepted)
* Strong behaviour management and high expectations for all learners
* A creative, engaging approach to teaching and planning
* A genuine passion for supporting children's academic and personal growth
