We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Territory Manager to take ownership of key markets across the UK & Ireland.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building long‑term customer relationships, and actively increasing Wyma’s market share within the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop sales activity across the assigned territory UK & Ireland
* Achieve and exceed sales targets for capital equipment projects
* Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities
* Create and execute a structured territory plan to drive revenue growth
* Manage CRM systems, sales pipeline, and customer database
* Work closely with dealers and agents within the region
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions
* Build strong customer relationships and convert them into long‑term brand promoters
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, capital equipment, or project-based sales
* A motivated and results‑driven sales professional with a strong commercial mindset
* Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
* Proactive, self‑driven approach with a strong focus on results and customer relationships
