Responsibilities
* Technical Leadership: Utilise your senior knowledge to carry out complex diagnostics, general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to the highest standard.
* Customer Communication: Be confident in liaising directly with our customers on technical issues, offering clear explanations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Operational Excellence: Effectively manage a high workload, working towards both team and individual targets while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Qualification: NVQ level 3 qualified in a relevant field or equivalent.
* Experience: Proven, extensive knowledge and experience working within a busy workshop environment. Main dealership experience is preferred but not required.
* Commitment: The ability to manage a high workload, work towards targets, and maintain high attention to detail.
* Licence: A valid UK driver’s licence.
