What we’re looking for We’re looking for a motivated, coachable, and driven salesperson ready to develop into a full-cycle Business Development Manager. You’ll be working side-by-side with experienced Senior BDMs, learning through mentorship, shadowing, and hands-on experience. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our commercial team, owning the early sales cycle and building the foundations for your own deal pipeline. Your responsibilities will include: • Researching and identifying prospects across key sectors • Generating and Qualifying outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn • Booking and coordinating meetings for Senior BDMs • Attending virtual and face-to-face meetings with the senior team • Supporting follow-ups from marketing campaigns and events • Maintaining accurate CRM records • Participating in training, call reviews, and coaching sessions • Building your personal sales pipeline with a view to owning full sales cycles What you’ll need • 1–2 years of experience in cold new business or inside sales roles (preferably tech/MSP) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Resilience, drive, and a high-energy approach • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Curiosity and passion for technology and B2B solutions Why join Focus Group?
