We’re hiring an apprentice MET Technician to support our Technician Team based in AAR Tunbridge Wells. This role involves working in partnership with a leading training provider to deliver a comprehensive apprenticeship programme that serves as a great stepping stone for your future career. Our programme is accessible at any stage of your post-16 education and provides all the support needed to succeed. You will learn through virtual classes, 121 sessions with our training provider, self-directed learning, and on-the-job training. You will spend 20% of your working hours studying towards your qualification, with support from a designated tutor, your People Manager, and a member of our People Team.

What does a Body Shop Technician do?
Our body shop technicians are skilled professionals who repair damaged vehicles to factory standards, returning them to customers as good as new.
Who are we looking for?
You should be passionate about cars and vehicles, eager to start your career, and open to learning a new skill. No specific academic qualifications are required, as we will provide all necessary training both on the job and at college. Just be ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved!
