Requirements
Must have:
- Team Management experience - Ideally managing teams of 10-15 employees - Background in Financial, Legal, or Insurance sectors - Resource management skills - Performance Monitoring, KPIs, and Reviews experience - Training and mentoring capabilities - Stakeholder management and Escalations experience - Service Delivery experience - Familiarity with JIRA or ServiceNow is beneficial - BAU and Project experience in managing Infrastructure and Network Teams - Experience in change management processes and CAB environments - Ability to work with and manage strict SLAs - Focus on Continuous Improvement - identifying workflow enhancement opportunities - Technical knowledge in: - Windows Server Estate – Azure Cloud - End User Compute estate - Networking tools - Agile / Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of the IT Infrastructure Team - Oversee a team covering Server, Compute, and Network estate - Monitor performance and conduct KPI reviews - Provide training and mentoring to team members - Handle stakeholder interests and escalation processes - Ensure service delivery standards are met - Manage Project and BAU activities - Implement change management processes - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement - Maintain technical oversight where necessary
