Our client based just outside of Mansfield is looking for a PM Coordinator/ Recruitment Administrator to join their busy warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing the staff well-being and site health & safety.
* Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and managers.
* Support the shift supervisor and cover in their absence.
* Handle all situations discretely and professionally.
* Hold team meetings when required.
* Check equipment and workload for each shift.
Requirements:
* Must be available immediately.
* Flexible with working hours.
* Previous administration within a warehouse setting and warehouse order experience is essential.
* Proficient on Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
* Confident, approachable and confidential.
The working hours are Monday- Friday, 12pm- 8pm & 2pm-10pm (Monthly rotation)
15% shift premium is paid when working on the 2pm-10pm shift.

This role would suit someone who has worked as a Recruitment Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator or Administrator within a warehouse environment.
