About the Role
As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of our service, delivering a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and staff. You'll play a key role in upholding site standards and supporting various service functions across the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the site.
2. Fulfil site requirements in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Handle customer requests quickly and efficiently.
4. Support site safety and security by following specific task instructions consistently.
5. Monitor compliance with site rules, escalating issues when necessary.
6. Undertake reception and admin duties, with the chance to develop expertise in specific service areas.
7. Collaborate with and support other service lines when required.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking team players who bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to everything they do.
You'll Have:
8. A customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
9. A proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-focused approach.
10. Confident communication skills — clear, courteous, and professional.
11. A current SIA licence — or be open to obtaining one with our support.
12. Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.
13. Flexibility and a willingness to learn new roles or rotate across departments.
14. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
15. (Optional but beneficial) Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
16. A willingness to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
