Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early stages of development? We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years / Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school and nursery setting in the BS41 area of Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with nursery and Reception-aged children in a nurturing environment where every day brings something new. From encouraging play-based learning to supporting early literacy and numeracy, you will play a key role in helping children build the foundations for lifelong learning.
Your role will include:
* Supporting the class teacher and nursery staff with daily routines and activities
* Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support when needed
* Encouraging creativity, confidence, and curiosity in young learners
* Assisting with classroom and nursery preparation and organisation
* Promoting a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with young children (in an EYFS, nursery, or school setting)
* Is patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
* Can build strong, positive relationships with both pupils and staff
* Holds a childcare or TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
