Residential Property Lawyer (NQ-3 PQE) - Bristol
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus + Team Bonuses
A specialist residential conveyancing firm with a strong and growing regional footprint is seeking a junior lawyer to join its Bristol office. The Role
You'll manage a varied and engaging caseload within a team that focuses exclusively on residential property work. With the support of experienced colleagues, you will handle:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership matters
* A broad mix of residential conveyancing files, from first time buyer homes to high value properties and central London apartments
About You
We're looking for:
* A Solicitor (England & Wales) with 0-3 years\' PQE, or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
* Solid experience managing your own residential property files
* A client focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems
* A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, team driven environment
