Conveyancing Assistant - Norwich
GWR Legal Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded law firm in Norwich, seeking an additional Conveyancing Assistant to join their thriving and successful Residential Conveyancing team.
You’ll be joining a team with an excellent reputation across East Anglia for their high-quality property work and client-focused approach. Although a busy team this is very much a firm that prioritises individual service and high levels of client care and customer service over volume.
The Role
* Preparing and sending initial client documentation
* Inputting and maintaining case data
* Carrying out property searches
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors
* Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion work
* General administrative support to help ensure smooth and efficient transactions
About You
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in a conveyancing department
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property searches
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client care
* Friendly and professional, with the ability to work well in a teamli>
