Summary
Senior Sales Associate for the Harrods Ready-To-Wear department responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client service, developing one-to-one client relationships, and acting as a specialist in Dior couture. This is a full time permanent role requiring flexibility across a five-day shift pattern and the ability to work Harrods opening and closing hours.
Responsibilities
* Greet, serve and advise customers to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
* Develop client loyalty through personalised one-to-one sales and relationship building.
* Demonstrate product knowledge across categories and stay aware of campaigns, launches and promotions.
* Introduce add-on sales and achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
* Handle customer complaints and liaise with line manager when necessary.
* Follow stock management procedures and company administration systems to minimise losses.
* Maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards within the department.
* Use selling systems and follow cash, credit and exchange procedures.
* Participate in team meetings and perform additional duties as directed by management.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years luxury retail experience.
* Ability to work full time 40 hours per week with Monday to Sunday flexibility on a shift basis.
* Confident in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
* High standards, driven to achieve personal and team sales goals.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain performance.
* Fluency in a second language preferred.
* Right to work in the UK.
